摘 要:采用有限元软件ABAQUS对节点域箱形加强式工字形柱弱轴连接普通节点和腹板开孔型节点进行有限元分析,研究了开孔参数、轴压比、钢材强度对节点域箱形加强式工字形柱弱轴连接腹板开孔型节点滞回性能的影响。分析结果表明:在循环荷载作用下,在弹性阶段节点腹板开孔参数对节点骨架曲线影响不大;进入弹塑性阶段后,开孔参数对节点的承载力影响较大,其中开孔直径对节点的滞回性能影响最大,开孔位置次之;轴压比对节点的滞回性能基本无影响;随着钢材强度的提高,节点的屈服承载力和极限承载力随之也提高,并且其延性也在降低,中强度钢材可以满足延性的要求,因此可以通过提高钢材的强度来提高节点的抗震性能。另外提出了一种适用于弱轴连接的加强型与腹板开孔型并用的新型节点。通过有限元分析发现新型节点能够综合加强型节点与腹板开孔型节点的优点,实现塑性铰外移和增加使用功能的要求,有效地保护节点,达到"强节点弱构件"的目的,具有一定的工程应用价值。The box-strengthened joint connections with openings on beam web are analyzed using finite element program(FEprogram)ABAQUS.The influence of several critical factors on the hysteretic behavior is evaluated using ABAQUS,including opening parameter,axial force,and steel strength.The result shows the opening parameter has little impact on the hysteretic curves and skeleton curves in the elastic stage.However,the effects on joint capacity cannot be neglected after the joints yield.The opening diameter has the most significant influence on the skeleton curves.The axial force has little effect on the hysteretic behavior of the connections.With the increase of steel strength,the yielding capacity and ultimate capacity are improved,while the ductility is reduced.Low-alloy steel can meet the requirements of the connection ductility,and thus the strength of steel can improve the seismic performance of connections.The paper presents a new connection for weak axis.The finite analysis result shows the new connection can have both advantages of reinforced connection and opening web joints,and also keep the plastic hinge away from the joint region.The new connection can expand the application,and achieve the purpose of‘strong connection,weakcomponent’.
