摘 要:GATA转录因子是一类广泛存在于真核生物中的转录因子,在植物光响应调控、叶绿素合成、细胞分裂素响应以及碳、氮代谢等生物学过程中发挥重要作用,这些生物学过程与作物产量息息相关,对GATA家族的研究可以为作物增产提供一定的理论基础。GATA转录因子具有特殊的锌指结构,而且根据前人对拟南芥、蓖麻、水稻等植物的研究发现,锌指结构的大部分氨基酸位点在大部分成员中是高度保守的。本研究主要对GATA转录因子的特异结构、分类、进化分析以及生物学功能进行论述。通过对前人的研究成果加以总结,归纳出了GATA转录因子参与植株的生命过程,例如,与拟南芥的花期等生长过程具有相关性,和植物的非生物胁迫的相关性,例如,参与沙冬青的抗旱性等非生物胁迫过程,以及与植物次生代谢的相关性,例如,参与调控拟南芥的碳、氮代谢等次生代谢过程。本综述详细论述了国内外关于GATA转录因子的研究进展,为进一步对GATA转录因子的研究提供帮助。GATA transcription factor is a kind of transcription factor which is widely existed in eukaryotes, playing important roles in the biological processes such as light response regulation, chlorophyll synthesis, and carbon and nitrogen metabolism. And these biological processes are closely related to the crop production, and the research on the GATA family can provide a theoretical basis for crop production. GATA transcription factor has a specific zinc finger structure. According to previous studies on Arabidopsis, castor, rice and other plants found that most of the amino acid sites of zinc finger structure is highly conserved among most of the members. In this paper, we mainly discuss the specific structure, classification, evolution and biological function of GATA transcription factors. Through summarizing the previous research results, we sum up GATA transcription factors involved in plant life processes. For example, it is related to the flowering stage and other growth processes of A rabidopsis thaliana, also it correlates with abiotic stresses in plants. For example, it participates in the drought resistance and other abiotic stresses processes of the Ammopiptanthu mongolicus, as well as it correlates with plant secondary metabolism. For example, it participates in the regulation of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and secondary metabolic processes in Arabidopsis thaliana. In this paper, the research advances of GATA transcription factor at home and abroad is elaborated in detail, which will be helpful for further research on GATA transcription factors.
