摘 要:以种子作为外植体,通过比较植物生长调节剂种类和浓度配比,建立三角梅的组培快繁技术。结果表明:种子在MS+蔗糖3%培养基中萌发;培养基MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+蔗糖3%有利于丛生芽的生长发育,30 d的增殖系数达到5.22;培养基MS+NAA 1.5 mg/L+蔗糖3%适宜诱导生根,生根率为95.56%,平均每株生根6.39条。Using the seeds as explants, the techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Bougainvillea glabra were studied by comparing with plant growth regulator type and concentration ratio. The results showed that seeds sprouted buds in the medium MS +sucrose 3%; MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+sucrose 3% could effectively induce fasciculate buds, the propagation coefficient was 5.22 every 30 days; the most optimum rooting medium was MS+NAA1.5 mg/L+sucrose 3%, the rooting rate was 95.56% and the average root number was 6.39.
