河北省粮食需求结构变化及其对中国粮食安全的贡献率

摘　　要：粮食需求分析对有效保障中国粮食安全十分必要,粮食需求结构的变化为确保粮食安全提供了不同的途径。分析了河北省口粮、饲料用粮、工业用粮和种子用粮等需求量变化情况及其占需求总量的比例变化,以及河北省对中国粮食安全的贡献率。结果表明,河北省口粮消费将继续保持稳定但略有下降态势,饲料用粮和工业用粮逐渐成为粮食消费主体,种子用粮占比较小且基本保持不变;作为粮食主产区,河北省在满足自身粮食需求的基础上,还为国家粮食安全做出了巨大贡献。为保障河北省粮食生产的持续健康发展,未来必须控制其粮食过度消费和不合理消费。Grain demand analysis is essential for protecting China＇s food security effectively, and the change of food demand structure provides different ways to ensure food security. The authors analyzed the changes of demands of grain, feed grain, industrial grain and seed grain and their proportions in the total grain demand, as well as the contribution rate of Hebei province to China＇s food security. The results showed that rations consumption in Hebei province continued to be stable but slightly declining, feed grain and industrial grain gradually became the principal grain consumption, and the proportion of seed grain was small and unchanged basically; as the main producing areas of grain, on the basis of satisfying its own grain demand, Hebei province has made great contribution to the national food security. In order to guarantee the sustained and healthy development of grain production in Hebei province, over-consumption and unreasonable consumption of grain must be controlled in the future.
