乡村社区旅游地开发的社区角色评估——以石家庄西部山前地区为例

摘　　要：在对乡村社区主体角色类型细分基础上,构建乡村旅游社区角色评估体系,并采用变异系数法和相对化处理的权重计算法,分析社区角色地位对乡村社区发展旅游的影响程度.以石家庄西部山前地区为对象,选取区域内的9个乡村社区旅游开发中的角色类型总人数、参与旅游人数、投资金额、人均收入、资源占有面积、受教育程度、参与旅游公共事务比例等7个指标,对乡村旅游地开发的社区角色地位进行综合评估.研究发现,石家庄西部山前乡村旅游地社区参与的主体角色开始凸显,社区居民参与旅游的积极性和主体意识普遍提高,但社区居民角色发挥不均衡,各个社区的政府角色引导机制不足,社区组织角色分配不均,社区矛盾与冲突开始显现.In the process of rural tourism development, community plays an important role. Based on the classification of main body role types of rural community, the evaluation system of rural tourism community roles is constructed. Using variation coefficient method and weighting method of relative treatment, the influence of community roles status on rural community tourism development is analyzed. Nine villages in the western piedmont region of Shijiazhuang are selected as the research area. Seven indicators,such as the total number of role types, the number of tourism participation, the amount of investment, per capita income, occupied area, education level, the proportion of tourism public affairs participation are selected, the community roles status of rural tourism destination development are evaluated. The results show that corn munity role is obvious,the enthusiasm of community residents participation in tourism is improved. How- ever, the roles of community residents are not balanced, the guiding mechanism of government＇s role in each community is insufficient, the roles of community organization are unevenly distributed , and communitycontradictions and conflicts begin to emerge.
