三维超声容积对比成像技术联合断层超声成像技术在胎儿唇腭裂诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析胎儿唇腭裂在三维超声容积对比成像(VCI)联合断层超声成像(TUI)中的图像特征,探讨其诊断胎儿唇腭裂的价值。方法对28例唇腭裂胎儿的三维容积数据进行VCI与TUI联合处理分析,并将检查结果与二维超声检查结果进行比较。结果三维超声VCI与TUI联合对单纯唇裂的显示率为100%(5/5),对唇裂合并腭裂的显示率为91.3%(21/23);二维超声对单纯唇裂的显示率为100%(5/5),对唇裂合并腭裂的显示率为52.2%(12/23)。二者对胎儿唇裂合并腭裂的显示率差异具有统计学意义。讨论VCI与TUI联合在胎儿唇腭裂的产前诊断上具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：Analysis of cleft lip and cleft palate in volume three dimensional ultrasound contrast imaging（VCI）combined with tomographic ultrasound imaging（TUI）, image features, explore the value of diagnosis of fetus lip and palate.Methods：Three dimensional volumetric data for 28 cases of cleft lip fetus VCI joint analysis with TUI, and the results compared with two-dimensional ultrasound examination.Results：VCI three-dimensional ultrasonography combined with TUI on a simple display of cleft lip was 100%（5/5）, the merging of cleft lip and cleft palate shows rates of 91.3%（21/23）, two-dimensional ultrasound on the rate as cleft lip alone shows 100%（5/5）, the merging of cleft lip and cleft palate shows rates of 52.2%（12/23）.Both appear to merge of fetal cleft lip and cleft palate differences was statistically significant.Conclusion：VCI combination with TUI in prenatal diagnosis of fetal cleft lip has high clinical value.
