摘  要:利用陶瓷膜纳滤处理小分子染料废水,考察了染料质量浓度、跨膜压差、膜面流速、pH和盐质量浓度等对膜的渗透通量和染料截留率的影响。结果表明,分子质量低于膜截留分子质量的3种染料的截留率有较大差异。低染料质量浓度、高跨膜压差、高膜面流速和低pH有利于提高渗透通量。并考察了盐质量浓度对纳滤性能的影响,结果发现,随着盐质量浓度的增加,膜的渗透通量上升,染料截留率下降;而当盐质量浓度增加到高盐体系时,膜的渗透通量下降,染料截留率上升。Small molecule dye wastewater is treated by using ceramic membrane nanofiltration.The influences of dye concentration, trans-membrane pressure, membrane surface velocity, pH and salt concentration on permeation flux of membrane and interception rate of dye are studied. Results show that three dyes with molecular weight lower than membrane entrapped molecular weight have big differences in interception rate. Low dye concentration, high trans- membrane pressure difference ,high membrane surface velocity and low pH are helpful to improve permeate flux.And the influence of salt concentration on performance of nanofiltration is also investigated, it is found that with the increase of salt concentration, the permeate flux increases and dye interception rate decreases;when the salt concentration increases to a high salt system, the permeate flux decreases and the dye interception rate goes up.
