摘 要:根据工业试验结果对PS-Ⅵ和PS-Ⅴ2种催化剂的催化性能进行对比研究。在相同的反应条件下,PS-Ⅵ催化剂的液体收率、芳烃产率较PS-Ⅴ催化剂分别提高2.2个百分点和0.2个百分点,生成油的辛烷值降低0.6,积炭量下降16%,表明PS-Ⅵ催化剂的活性略低,但选择性显著提高,积炭速率大幅降低。PS-Ⅵ催化剂适当降低了烷烃转化活性,但提高了烷烃脱氢环化的选择性。通过对催化剂金属功能和酸性功能的对比,揭示了催化性能差异的原因。The contrastive research on the catalytic properties of continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) catalysts PS-Ⅵ and PS-Ⅴ is carried out based on industrial experiments.Under the same reaction conditions,the liquid yield and aromatic hydrocarbon yield by PS-Ⅵ catalyst are 2. 2 and 0. 2 percentage points higher than that by PS-Ⅴ catalyst.The coke deposition by PS-Ⅵ catalyst is 16% lower than by PS-Ⅴ catalyst and the RONC of prepared oil is 0. 6 lower, meaning that PS-Ⅵ catalyst has a lower activity, a higher selectivity and a lower coke deposition.The PS-Ⅵ catalyst decreases moderately the conversion activity of alkane but improves its selectivity of cyclo-dehydrogenation. The comparisons of metal function and acid function reveal the differences in the catalytic properties between two catalysts.
