一种降冰片烯类单体的合成及其在巯基-烯UV胶中的应用

摘　　要：本文通过酯化反应合成了一种降冰片烯类单体——三羟甲基丙烷(降冰片-2-烯-5羧酸酯)(TMPTN),并探讨了其在巯基-烯UV胶配方体系中的应用。结果表明:合成的降冰片烯类单体结构正确,其酯化率达到98.5%,产率达到77.3%。将该单体应用到巯基-烯UV胶配方体系中,其剪切强度达到8.85MPa,体积收缩率仅为4.36%。A norbornene type monomer, i.e.trimethylolpropane（norbornene-2-ene-5- carboxylic ester）（TMPTN） has been synthesized.And the application of TMPTN in thiol-ene UV adhesive component has also been discussed.It shows that the synthesized norbornene monomer is correct in structure and high in yield （77.3%）,besides,the esterification rate reached 98.5%.After putting TMPTN into thiol-ene UV adhesive components,the shear strength could reach 8.85MPa and the volume shrinkage was only 4.36%.
