社区综合治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析社区综合治疗对老年慢性阻塞性肺病的疗效。方法:以2015年1月至2016年6月在我院诊治的120例老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者为研究对象,被随机分为观察组(63例)和对照组(57例)。观察组患者接受药物、家庭氧疗、社区恢复训练及心理干预等综合治疗;对照组患者仅接受药物治疗。持续治疗2周后比较两组的疗效、动脉氧分压(PaO_2)、以及动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为96.8%(61/63),显著高于对照组77.2%(44/57,P<0.01);观察组PaO2及PaCO_2的改善也显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:社区综合治疗能提高老年慢性阻塞性肺病的临床疗效。Objective： To analyze the effect of the community comprehensive treatment on the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： One hundred and twenty elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in this center from Jan. 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into an observation group with 63 cases and a control group with 57 ones. The patients in the observation group received drug treatment, oxygen therapy at home, community rehabilitation training, mental intervention therapy and the other community comprehensive treatment, and the patients in the control group were treated only with drugs. After 2 weeks of treatment, the efficacy, arterial oxygen partial pressure （PaO2） and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide （PaCO2） were compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8%（61/63）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（77.2%） （44/57）, （P〈0.01）. The improvement of PaO2 and PaCO2 in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Community comprehensive treatment can improve the clinical curative effect of senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
