摘  要:通过对36名肥胖大学生进行为期4个月的以中低强度有氧运动为主的运动减肥实验,测试实验前后身体形态、体质健康状况和血液生化指标等。结果显示肥胖大学生体重平均下降7.82kg,WHR、BMI指数的指标值均出现不同程度的下降;运动减肥后大学生的有氧耐力、50米跑、肺活量体重指数和身高标准体重明显高于运动减肥前;运动减肥后大学生的TG、TC、血糖和血清胰岛素的含量明显低于运动减肥前。这说明中低强度的运动能显著降低肥胖大学生的身体体重、WHR及BMI,提高肥胖大学生的体质健康状况,改善他们血液中的总胆固醇、血脂、血糖、胰岛素抵抗水平。Through the four-month low intensity aerobic exercise based weight loss test on 36 obese students in colleges, the body shape, physical fitness and blood biochemical indexes of these students before and after the test were studied. The results showed that the body weight of the obese students averagely decreased 7.82 kg, and the values of WHR and BMI indexes decreased to some extent; the aerobic endurance, 50 meter run, vital capacity/body mass index and weight-for-height of the students after exercise were significantly higher than those before exercise; the content of TG, TC, blood glucose and serum insulin of the students after exercise was significantly lower than that before exercise. It is concluded that the low intensity exercise can significantly reduce the body weight, WHR and BMI of obese students, and improve their physical health status and the level of total cholesterol, blood lipid, blood glucose and insulin resistance in their blood.
