摘 要:以从铬泥制备的再生铬鞣剂为主要原料,对5种蒙囿剂进行了筛选及用量优化试验,得到了耐碱稳定性和渗透性良好的不浸酸铬鞣剂。试验表明使用草酸为蒙囿剂,用量为草酸∶Cr_2O_3=2∶10,可以使制备的不浸酸铬鞣剂鞣制样品的收缩温度(Ts)大于100℃,铬吸收率达到96%,鞣剂有较好的耐碱能力;还原剂选用亚硫酸氢钠,可使不浸酸鞣剂鞣制成革的颜色更加浅淡,避免对后续加工的影响。The no pickling chrome tanning agent which has good alkali-resisting stabmty anti permeaol,,ty wu~ p^- pared by using the regenerated chrome tanning agent prepared from chrome sludge as raw material, and after five kinds of masking agents were selected for the dosage optimization experiment. Results indicate that the oxalic acid is e used as masking agent and the dosage is oxalic acid : Cr2O3 = 2 : 10. Under the conditions, the shrinkage tempera- ture of the leather is greater than 100℃, the chromium absorption rate can reach 96% and the tanning agent has good alkali-resisting capacity. The sodium bisulfate is used as the reducing agent making the color of tanned leather pre- pared with no pickling tanning agent to be light, thus avoiding the impact on subsequent process.
