不同预处理方法对不浸酸铬鞣革性能的影响

摘  要:利用自鞣型丙烯酸鞣剂和辅助型合成鞣剂对裸皮进行预处理后再进行不浸酸铬鞣,通过分析不同预处理方法所得蓝湿革和革坯的理化性能,寻找最优的预处理方案。试验结果表明:丙烯酸鞣剂和辅助型合成鞣剂的预处理都可以明显改善不浸酸铬鞣革挤水后水分含量高和削匀时粘辊的缺陷,蓝湿革性能接近于常规铬鞣革,同时还能提高成革的柔软丰满性。在这2种预处理方法中,丙烯酸鞣剂预处理不仅效果更加明显,还能提高铬的吸收率和成革的颜色鲜艳度。采用1%~2%的丙烯酸鞣剂ART-2对裸皮进行预处理,再进行不浸酸铬鞣,可以完全克服不浸酸铬鞣的缺陷。The pelt was pre-treated by acrylic acid tanning agent or auxiliary syntan, and the pickling-free chrome tanning was proceeded. The chemical and mechanical properties of the wet blue and crust with different pre-treatment methods were analyzed to select the optimal pre-treatment method. The results indicate that both acrylic acid tanning agent and auxiliary syntan can significantly improve the dewaterability and overcome the defect of pasting the roll dur- ing shaving of the pickling-free chrome tanned leather. The properties of wet blue is nearly the same as the conven- tional chrome tanned leather, the softness and fullness of finished leather are also promoted. The acrylic acid tanning agent pre-treatment is more effective with the additional function such as increasing the absorptivity of chrome and the :olor brightness of finished leather. 'The pickling-free chrome tanning process could be carried out after the pelt pre-treated by 1 -2% ART-2 acrylic acid tanning agent so as to overcome the defects of the pickling-free chrome tanning completely.
