摘  要:从纤维运动的角度,基于胶原纤维的受力状态和结合方式,对湿-干态转变过程中皮胶原纤维的聚集行为进行了研究,考察了毛细管压差作用力和氢键结合作用对胶原纤维聚集行为的影响。结果表明:胶原纤维的聚集包含胶原纤维在"力"的作用下的相向运动和胶原纤维的结合作用2个过程,存在有序聚集和无序聚集2种趋势;在毛细管压差作用力和氢键结合共同作用下,胶原纤维趋向于有序聚集;在无毛细管压差作用力或氢键结合作用的情况下,胶原纤维趋向于保持原有的分离状态。The aggregation behavior of leather collagen fibers during wet-dry transformation process was from the point of view of the fiber movement, based on the stress state and combination way of eoUagen fibers. studied The re- suits show that there are two processes and two trends for the aggregation of collagen fibers, two processes: face-to- face movement and mutual combination, and two trends: ordered aggregation and disordered aggregation. The influ- ence of capillary pressure difference and hydrogen bonding on the aggregation behavior of leather collagen fibers was investigated. The results show that under the action of capillary pressure difference and hy drogen bonding, leather col- lagen fibers tend to be ordered aggregation.
