摘 要:目的探讨自来水厂水样中有机提取物的遗传毒性及其致癌风险。方法应用SOS/umu试验对北方某自来水厂有机提取物的遗传毒性进行评价,并对其潜在致癌风险进行了评估。结果水样的诱导率(IR值)与水样体积呈一定的剂量-效应关系;水厂的水源水、出厂水在不加S9活化系统的条件下表现出一定的直接遗传毒性,末梢水未表现出遗传毒性,比较三种水样遗传毒性:出厂水>水源水>末梢水;各水样的致癌风险值均低于10-6。结论本次检测的自来水厂水样具有一定遗传毒性,致癌风险处于可接受水平。Objective To explore the genetic toxicity of organic pollutants and cancinogen risk in drinking water from a waterwork. Methods The genetic toxicity on the organic extracts from a waterwork in the north area of China was assessed by using SOS/umu test, and the potential carcinogenic risk was evaluated. Results The volume of the water extracts and the induction rate (IR) had a good dose-response relationship; The source water and the finished water directly showed certain genetic toxicity under the condition without the S9 activation system, and the genetic toxicity of the finished water was higher than the source water; The carcinogenic risk value were lower than 104. Conclusion The carcinogenic risk of water samples, which presents a certain genetic toxicity, is within the acceptable range.
