摘 要:我国的高校创业教育还处于起步阶段,不但师资队伍匮乏、教学目标不明确、课程体系不完善,而且社会支持体系也不健全。伴随新世纪的到来,高校创业教育的模式和使命均发生了变化。可见,对我国高校创业教育的保障体系和育人模式进行探索势在必行。文章对高校创业教育的发展趋势和我国高校创业教育的现状进行了分析,并在借鉴美国、日本、英国等发达国家先进经验的基础上,提出了营造创业文化、设立专门机构、整合社会网络、构建考评体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善教学体系六方面的创业教育保障体系,并提出了由课堂教学、校园活动、社会实践和网络平台构成的"四大课堂"联动互补的高校创业人才培养模式,以期为我国高校创业教育主管部门制定政策和高等院校实施创业教育提供理论参考。Entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities in our country is still in its infancy-lack of teachers, unclear te- aching objectives, the imperfect curriculum system and the unsound social support system. With the arrival of the new century, the mode and mission of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities have changed. Visually, it is imperative to explore the security system and education mode of enterprise education in our country. This paper analyzes the development trend of entrepreneurship educa- tion in colleges and universities and the present situation of entrepreneurship education in China. Moreover, basing on the advanced experience of developed countries such as the United States, Japan, UK, this paper puts forward to the six entrepreneurship education guarantee system-to build up the enterprise culture, set up specialized agencies, integrate the social network, construct the evaluation system, strengthen the construction of teachers and improve the teaching system. Meanwhile, it puts forward the model of "four classes" in colleges and universities, which is composed of classroom teaching, campus activities, social practice and network platform. This paper tries to provide theoretical reference for the implementation of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in china.
