摘　　要：[目的 /意义]通过调查和分析欧洲开放出版网络(OAPEN)以及合作项目相关的理论研究与实践进展,为推动我国学术专著开放获取的研究与实践提供新的思路。[方法 /过程]基于OAPEN的运营机制、出版模式、服务方式与合作项目的调查,从不同利益相关方需求调研与分析、学术专著开OA模式调查与试验、学术专著实施开放获取建议3方面对项目的研究与发现进行综述,归纳出推进研究与探索的实施路径。[结果 /结论]OAPEN学术专著开放获取理论研究与实践探索涉及长期与稳定运营的发展路径、独立与合作结合的推进路径、理论与试验迭代的实现路径、需求调查与模式研究的路径,对我国系统研究与具体实施学术专著开放获取具有较强的借鉴作用。[ Purpose/significance ] This paper systematically introduces and deeply analyzes the research and practi- cal development of Open Access Publishing in European Networks （OAPEN）and its cooperative projects, to provide a new path for studying and implementing open access of monograph. [ Method/process ] Firstly, the operation mechanism, publication model, service model and cooperative projects of OAPEN are introduced. Then a review on research and find- ings of OAPEN is made from perspectives of investigation and analysis of different stakeholders, analysis and evaluation of open access models of monograph, analysis on polits of cooperative projects, and suggestion for stakeholder to participate in monograph open access. Finally, the enlightments and suggestions are summarized. [ Result/conclusion] OAPEN＇ s research and practice of monograph open access takes the development path of long-term and stable, the improvement path with the combination of independence and cooperation, the realization path with the iteration of theory and practice, the research path of needs investigation and model, to provede a guide to study and implement open access of monograph in China.
