摘　　要：探索体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的可行性,为体育产业发展和工业转型升级面临的问题提供解决思路。梳理国内、外工业空间开发利用的理论与实践,分析原材料工业与体育产业发展的背景和需求,根据体育产业投资现状分析体育空间运营前景。提出体育产业介入工业空间开发利用的模式设计:通过功能置换将工业空间改造成体育活动空间或体育服务空间,通过功能再造在原有工业用地的基础上开发竞技型体育空间、非竞技型体育空间和体育商业服务空间。在此基础上,分析体育产业介入工业空间开发利用存在的问题,并从政府、企业、社会资本职能和模式创新的角度进行未来展望。To explore the feasibility of sports industry involved in industrial space development and utilization, provide solutions for the problems faced by the development of sports industry and the transformation. This paper discusses the theory and practice of industrial space development and utilization at home and abroad, analyzes the background and demand of raw material industry and sports industry development, analyzes the future of sports space operation according to the current situation of sports industry investment, puts forward the mode design of sports industry involved in industrial space development and utilization, through functional replacement, the industrial space can be transformed into sports space or sport commercial service space, through the function reengineering, the competitive sports space, non competitive sports space and sports commercial service space can be developed on the basis of the original industrial land. Based on it, the problems of sports industry involved in industrial space development and utilization are analyzed, from the angle of government, enterprise, social capital function and mode innovation, the future prospects are made.
