摘 要:电解转印加工技术是金属双极板流道的一种成形方法,在电解加工过程中,流道轮廓的变化和成形规律难以监测。运用有限元模拟方法对流道成形规律进行模拟和分析,建立电解转印极间电场数学模型,根据电解加工成形理论,利用APDL语言进行基于时间步长的数值分析,模拟流道的电解转印成形过程,并给出相应的试验验证。仿真和试验加工流道深度相对误差低于18%,宽度相对误差低于6%,二者均能反映电解转印加工成形规律。Electrochemical pattern transfer machining is a kind of methods of channel shaping,in which it' s hard to monitor the change of channel profile and shaping law. In this work, a new approach by employing computer simulation method was applied to simulate the channel forming processing. Mathematical model based on electric field was built and finite element method was se- lected to analyze and compute the corrosion process of channel by using the time-dependent APDL language based on electro- chemical machining shaping theory. The comparison denotes that simulation date deviates from experimental in less than 18% in depth and 6% in width of channel. Accordingly the good agreement between theory and experimental data verified the validation of the computer simulation of the channel machining in Electrochemical Machining (ECM).
