耳穴贴压联合中药穴位热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴贴压联合中药穴位热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取武汉市中西医结合医院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者70例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者应用活血化瘀类中药进行穴位热敷,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压,观察两组患者的临床症状、体征改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的临床症状评分、疼痛评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者上述评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为91.43%(32/35),明显高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压联合活血化瘀类中药穴位热敷能有效缓解神经根型颈椎病患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛,改善睡眠质量,疗效确切,操作方便。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of auricular application pressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in acupuncture point hot comp in treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type. METHODS： 70 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type admitted into Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 35 cases in each. The control group was treated with TCM for activating blood circulation in acupuncture point hot eomp, while the observation group additionally received auricular application pressure. The clinical symptoms, improvement of signs and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed. RESULTS： After treatment, the clinical symptom score, pain score, and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） in both groups decreased significantly, and the obserbation group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistically significant difference（ P 〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43% （32/35）, significantly higher than that of control group （71.43%, 25/35 ）, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS： Auricular application pressure combined with TCM in acupuncture point hot eomp can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, relieve pains, improve the sleep quality with accurate efficacy and easy operation.
