葛根素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根素注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取南阳市第九人民医院神经外科收治的椎基底动脉供血不足型眩晕患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组患者口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,观察组患者在对照组基础上静脉滴注葛根素注射液,均治疗2周。对比观察两组患者的临床疗效及左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)血流速度变化情况。结果:观察组患者总有效率为93.02%(40/43),明显高于对照组的79.07%(34/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者LVA、RVA、BA血流速度的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者LVA、RVA、BA血流速度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:葛根素注射液是治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的有效药物,可改善患者脑部血液循环。OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of puerarin injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. METHODS： 86 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo admitted into the department of neurosurgery of Nanyang the Ninth People＇ s Hospital were extracted and divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule orally, while, on the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were given intravenous drip of Puerarin Injection, both were treated for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes of blood flow velocities of LVA, RVA, BA of two groups were observed and compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group （93.02%, 40/43 ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （79.07%, 34/43 ）, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Before treatment, there was no statistical difference in blood flow velocity of LVA, RVA and BA between two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the blood flow velocities of LVA, RVA and BA of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of puerarin injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo was significant, which can effectively improve patient＇s brain blood circulation.
