摘  要:为了研究一溴三氟丙烯对大鼠肺部的影响,将体积分数分别为2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%、15.0%的一溴三氟丙烯通入实验箱内,对大鼠进行急性染毒实验。染毒结束对大鼠肺部切片进行苏木素-伊红(HE)染色,观察一溴三氟丙烯急性吸入对大鼠肺部的影响。根据染毒气体体积分数的不同,实验组大鼠肺部组织出现不同程度的小血管充血现象和少许灰白色病灶,肺部切片出现不同程度的肺泡壁增厚、破裂,支气管黏膜上皮细胞脱落,炎性细胞浸润,肺泡塌陷等现象。可见急性吸入一溴三氟丙烯的大鼠肺部存在一定的损伤,且体积分数越高损伤越严重。In order to study the effects of 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene on the lungs of rats, experiments were conducted on rats exposed to 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene with volume fractions of 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% and 15% respectively. After the exposure, the lung slices of rats were stained with HE, and the effects of acute inhalation of 2-bromo-3,3,3-trifluoropropene on the lungs of rats were observed. According to the different volume fractions of toxic gases, the lung tissue of experimental rats showed varying degrees of congestion of small blood vessels and gray lesions. The lung slices showed different degrees of thickening and rupture of the alveolar wall, bronchial mucosa epithelial cell shedding, inflammatory cell infiltration, alveolar collapse and so on. It could be concluded that the acute inhalation of 2-bromo- 3,3,3-trifluoropropene gas had a certain injury to rats lungs, and the higher the gas volume fraction was, the more serious the injury was.
