摘  要:在"互联网+"背景下,电商平台的广泛使用导致我国同质化企业间的竞争日趋激烈。本文基于博弈论视角,研究了同质化企业间的竞合博弈问题。研究结果表明:电商平台同质化企业间会通过竞相降价的方式来争夺市场,而随着降价幅度的持续扩大,优势企业与弱势企业间的两极分化现象将日趋严重,并促使优势企业逐步兼并弱势企业,而让行业走向高度垄断化。针对弱势企业如何与优势企业竞合博弈问题,本文提出了通过研发创新进行差异化经营、模仿标杆企业的成本优势、主动与优势企业进行兼并重组等对策与建议。Under the background of "Internet plus", the widespread use of electronic business platform leads to the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises in our country. Based on game theory, this paper studies the problem of competition and cooperation among homogeneous enterprises. The results of the study show that: in the electronic business platform, the homogenization of enterprises will compete for the market by way of price reduction. With the continuous expansion of the price reduction, polarization phenomenon between dominant enterprises and weak enterprises will become more and more serious, which promotes the dominant enterprises to merge the weak enterprises gradually so that the industry goes to a high degree of monopoly. To deal with the problem of competing game between dominant enterprises and weak enterprises, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward in this paper: carrying out the product differentiation management through innovation, imitating the cost advantage of benchmarking enterprise, actively conducting mergers and acquisitions with the dominant enterprises and so on.
