互联网金融企业与传统金融机构演化博弈分析

摘　　要：随着互联网行业的迅速发展及其对金融业的渗透,互联网金融企业应运而生,在推动传统金融机构改革与完善的同时,也给传统金融机构带来了不小的冲击。虽然二者在传统业务上存在冲突,但由于互联网金融具有跨界性,以及在技术、管理等领域尚有广阔的合作空间,因此二者呈现出一种博弈关系。根据二者在博弈关系上的长期性和动态性,本文基于演化博弈理论探讨其演化过程并建立演化博弈模型,分析影响二者共生共存的关键因素,并根据复制动态方程得到互联网金融企业和传统金融机构的行为演化规律和演化稳定策略。最后,尝试性提出了促进双方长期可持续稳定合作的相关政策建议。With the rapid development of Interact and the penetration of the financial sector, financial enterprises have arisen at the historic moment, which has promoted the reform and perfected the traditional financial structure, and at the same time, brought a big shock to the traditional financial institutions. Although conflicts exist in the traditional business, they have a gaming relation as a result of the Intemet financial cross-border resistance and broad cooperation space in technology, management and other fields. According to their long-term and dynamic natures in the game relationship, this article is based on evolutionary game theory to explore the evolution process, establishes the evolution game model, and analyzes the key factors influencing the symbiosis between them, and according to the replicated dynamic equation, gets the Internet financial behaviors of enterprises and the traditional financial institutions evolution law and the evolutionary stable strategy. Finally, the tentative proposal for the long-term sustainable and stable cooperation between the two sides is proposed.
