摘　　要：马克斯·韦伯认为新教禁欲伦理孕育了以"经济人"理性、通过市场交易、追求资本增值以完成上帝使命的资本主义精神。资本主义精神是资本主义发展的动力源泉,在资本主义战胜封建主义之后,资本主义精神演变成资产阶级统治人民的自由主义意识形态。中国共产党提出以人民为中心的发展思想和共享发展理念,体现了"发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享"的"民本伦理"和"全民共享、全面共享、共建共享、渐进共享"的"社会主义精神",它们共同构成社会主义的伦理基础和精神追求。Marx Weber contends that Puritan asceticism breeds the rationale of'economic man'and the capitalist spirit in pursuit of accomplishing the God’s mission throught market transaction and capital growth. The capitalist spirit is the driving force for capitalist development. And after the triumph of capitalism over feudalism, the spirit evolved into the liberal ideology for the dominance of capitalists over peoples. The people-centered idea of shared development proposed by the CPC demonstrates the'people-centered ethics'characterized with'developing for the people, by the people, shared among the people'and the'socialist spirit'featuring in'continual sharing among the whole, for the whole, by the whole', both of which shape the fundamental basis for socialist ethics and spiritual pursuit.
