摘　　要：房性早搏是临床最常见的快速性心律失常之一。房性早搏中存在多种心电现象。本文以图例讲解的方式分析和解读了临床上提示房性早搏常见的几个心电现象,并对各种心电现象的产生机制进行分析,以便在识别心电图中房性早搏以及心电现象的过程中提供帮助,供同道学习和参考。Atrial premature beats is one of the most common clinical tachyarrhythmias. There are many electrocardiographic（ECG） phenomena corresponding to atrial premature beats. In this paper, we interpreted the common clinical ECG phenomena indicating atrial premature beats, and analyzed the mechanisms of various ECG phenomena to help identify atrial premature contraction and corresponding ECG phenomena.
