基于互联网平台的住宅小区养护医一体化养老模式的探讨

摘　　要：2010年广州市65岁及以上人口占常住人口6.6%,广州市面临着严峻的老龄化挑战。本文首先通过分析发达国家及我国的养老模式,发现我国现有养老模式的核心问题是"养、护、医"分离。其次,提出以创新改革的方式解决该难题,提出建立给予互联网平台的住宅小区养护医一体化养老模式,以护理站为模式中心,使养老服务、医疗服务和护理服务依托互联网平台得到有效衔接。最后,结合广州市的现实需求、政策支持以及护理人力资源的状况,对该模式的实施进行可行性探讨。Based on analysis of the pension modes at home and abroad, the core problem of pension mode in China was separation from nursing and medical care. The pension mode integrated with nursing and medical care in residential districts based on Internet platform was put forward, which centered with nursing station. And the feasibility of implementing this mode was discussed on the status of needs, policy support and nursing human resources in Guangzhou.
