摘 要:秸杆物流是沼气发电工程可持续运行的原料供应保障。秸秆的分散性、低密度特性决定了秸秆物流配送中心选址研究对于降低收集难度、扩大物流网络覆盖面积、降低物流成本具有重要意义。文章提出了在秸杆收储点和沼气发电工程之间建设配送中心的秸杆物流配送模式,在此基础上构建了以总物流成本最低为目标的配送中心选址混合整数规划模型。通过模拟应用验证了模型可以有效地确定配送中心数量、选址方案以及秸秆配送方案,可以为优化秸秆配送中心选址方案,降低沼气发电工程秸秆供应成本提供参考依据。Straw logistics is the guarantee of raw material supply for the sustainable management of the biogas power genera- tion project. Straw has the characteristics of dispersion and low density. These characteristics make the research of straw logistics distribution center location is of great significance for reducing the difficulty of collecting, expanding the logistics network area, costing down the logistics cost. In this paper, a straw logistics distribution model, that build a distribution center between straw storage and biogas power generation project, was put forward. On this basis, a mixed integer programming model of distribution center location, aiming at the lowest total logistics cost, was constructed. By application simulation, it was validated that the model could effectively determine the number of distribution centers, site-selection scheme and straw distribution plan, and provide reference for optimizing the location and reducing the straw supply cost for biogas power generation project
