北京市大中型沼气工程典型商业模式浅析

摘　　要：大中型沼气工程已经成为北京市沼气产业发展的主要形态。文章在全市沼气产业发展现状普查的基础之上,概括了北京市沼气产业发展过程中形成的多种生产建设模式和商业化运营模式;并以北郎中沼气工程为例对其成本-收益进行分析,研究表明,北郎中气-肥联产、村级专业化团队管理的商业模式取得了良好的生产效益,具有较好的推广应用价值。Large and medium scale biogas projects have become the major form in biogas industry development in Beijing. Based on the survey of biogas projects in Beijing, the characteristics of biogas production mode and commercial operation mode were summarized. The cost and benefit of large scale biogas project in Beijing were analyzed taking Beilangzhong biogas project as an example. The results indicated that Beilangzhong biogas project achieved good operation efficiency in its biogas-fertilizer co-production mode and village leveled professional management.
