摘 要:根据经编织造执行系统的通信需求,提出开发基于Zig Bee无线网络的经编织造执行系统。详细介绍经编织造执行系统的体系架构,从Zig Bee模块硬件和终端节点硬件实现硬件要求,从网络通信协议、协调器程序、终端节点程序等方面实现软件要求。从系统软硬件实现的角度探讨了经编车间实时数据传输和生产动态监测,并对系统的性能进行测试。结果表明,开发的系统数据采集准确、通信质量稳定,可以替代有线通信下的织造执行系统,为经编车间信息化管理提供新的技术支持。According to the communication requirements of warp knitting, a ZigBee based wireless network exe- cution system is developed. The construction of warp knitting execution system is introduced in detail. Hardware re- quirements are implemented from the ZigBee module hardware and the terminal node hardware. Software require- ments are realized from network communication protocol, coordinator program, the terminal node program and other aspects. The real-time data transmission and dynamic monitoring of warp knitting workshop are discussed from the point of system software and hardware implementation, and the performance of the system is tested. The results show that the developed system is accurate in data acquisition and stable in communication quality. It can replace the normal knitting execution system with wired communication. It provides new technical support for information management in warp knitting workshop.
