摘　　要：介绍拉舍尔毛毯生产过程中,织造、印花、后整理各加工工序中的常见疵点,包括:断经、断纬、缺毛、混纱、重纱、破洞、漏针、紧针。详细阐述各类疵点出现的原因,通过实践寻找最佳的预防和解决措施,消除或减少疵点在生产过程中的产生,以最大限度减少织造过程的不利影响,从而生产出客户满意的优质产品。In the production process of raschel blanket, the common defects resulted in knitting, printing and finishing are introduced, which include broken warp, broken filling, missing hair, mixed yarn, double yarn, hole, missing needle and tight needle. The causes of all kinds of defects were expounded in detail. In order to eliminate or reduce the defects in the production process of raschel blanket, and minimize the adverse impact on knitting process. According to the practice, the best prevention and solution measures are proposed in order to produce high-quality products meeting customers＇ satisfaction.
