摘  要:基于消极保暖纤维和积极保暖纤维的保暖途径,介绍蓄热保暖纤维素纤维主要的制备方法,分析碳化锆助剂粒径,研究碳化锆助剂的加入对纺丝液质量的影响,分析抗静电纤维素纤维的物理机械性能、形态结构、保暖性能等。蓄热保暖纤维素纤维不但具有良好的保暖性能和再加工性能,而且其织物具有色泽靓丽、穿着舒适、可生物降解、绿色环保等特性,可广泛应用于服装面料、家纺用品等。This paper introduces the main preparation methods of regenerative heat preservation cellulose fiber based on the thermal insulation method of negative thermal insulation fiber and positive thermal insulation. The par- ticle size of zirconium carbide is analyzed, and the influence of the addition of zirconium carbide auxiliary on the quality of spinning solution is studied. In addition, it analyzes the physical and mechanical properties, morphologi- cal and thermal properties of antistatic cellulose fiber. The thermal storage cellulose fiber not only has good warmth retention and re-processing properties, but also has the characteristics of beautiful color and luster, comfortable wearing, biodegradable in nature and green environmental protection. It can be widely used for clothing and home textile products.
