摘　　要：采用羊绒和桑蚕丝纺制丝绒混纺珠片纱,详细介绍了珠片纱母线原料的选择、丝绒混纺珠片纱母线的两种纺纱工艺,以及珠片纱的制作过程。采用100%羊绒纱和丝绒混纺珠片纱编织立体网状菱形结构和添纱款两种风格的针织衫,分别从设计思路、密度控制、组织款式、织造方法、尺寸控制及后整理工艺方面,详细介绍了珠片纱在上述两款针织产品上的应用。In this paper, the cashmere and mulberry silk are used to spin silk/wool blended yarn with bead pieces. The selection of the raw material for the main yarn, the two spinning processes of main yarn of silk/wool blended bead yarn , as well as the manufacturing process of the bead yarn are introduced. Using 100% cashmere yarn and silk/wool blended bead yarn, this paper knits three-dimensional diamond-shaped mesh structure sweaters and plated sweaters respectively. The application of bead yarns in the above two knitted products is introduced in detail from the aspects of design idea, density control, pattern and style, knitting method, size control and finish- ing process.
