代替媒介黑PV的毛用活性染料应用性能研究

摘　　要：媒介黑PV是一种酸性媒介染料,具有优异的匀染性和色牢度,但存在环境污染以及媒染剂导致的纤维损伤等问题。文中采用几种毛用活性染料(英彩费斯黑CE-2B、英彩费斯黑CFE-G、英彩费斯黑CFE-2B、英彩费斯黑CFER、毛用活性黑MF-PV)与媒介黑PV进行染色效果对比,探讨了染色过程中p H值的变化,测试并对比分析了几种染料的颜色效果及染色牢度。结果表明,几种毛用活性染料染色过程中p H值的变化与媒介黑PV基本一致;毛用活性黑MF-PV与媒介黑PV色光最接近,同色性更好,同时色牢度有所提高,但纤维表面浮色较多,必须进行碱洗固色。Media Black PV is an acid media dye,has excellent levelness and fastness, but there are environ- mental pollution and fiber damage caused by high temperature and mordant and other issues. In this paper, the dyeing effect of several kinds of reactive dyes （English-made Fischer-Tears black CE-2B, British-style Fischer- Tropsch black CFE-G, British color Fischer-Bose CFE-2B） were compared with the medium black PV, the changes of pH value during dyeing were discussed, and the color effect and fastness of several dyes were tested and analyzed. The results show that the change of pH value in the process of dyeing with several reactive dyes is basically the same as that of medium black PV; identical color ability of the active black MF-PV is closest to me- dia black PV and the shade is better, and the color fastness is improved, but the fiber surface has more flooding, alkaline washing and fixation must be applied.
