纺织品防钻绒性试样制备的探讨与改进

摘　　要：文中对标准GB/T 14272—2011《羽绒服装》、GB/T 12705.2—2009《纺织品织物防钻绒性试验方法第2部分:转箱法》和FZ/T 73053—2015《针织羽绒服装》中防钻绒性试验方法中的试样制备进行了探讨,提出一些改进并对防钻绒性评价进行总结。改进后简化了试样制备步骤,试样袋两侧不会存在钻绒现象。指出了GB/T 14272—2011,GB/T 12705.2—2009以及GB/T 12705.1—2009,考核的是面料或者胆布,而FZ/T 73053—2015考核面料、胆布和缝纫工艺,且不同标准对应的防钻绒性评价规则不同。The methods of sample preparation of GB/T 14272--2011《Down garments》, GB/T 12705.2--2009 《Textile-Methods of testing the down-pool properties of fabrics-Part 2： Tumble test》 and FZ/T 73053--2015 《Knit- ted down garments》 were studied, and the down proof properties of fabrics were summarized. By using the im- proved sample preparation process, no down is found on both sides of the sample bag. It points out the GB/T 14272--2011, GB/T 12705.2--2009 and GB/T 12705.1--2009 are stuitable for testing fabric or linings, and FZ/T 73053--2015 can be used to test fabric, lining and sewing technology. And different standards corresponding to the different anti-drilling velvet evaluation rules are different.
