摘 要:采用两种不同类型的相容剂,苯乙烯与马来酸酐的无规共聚物(SMA)和苯乙烯-丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(SAG)通过熔融共混法制备了聚酰胺6/聚碳酸酯(PA6/PC)合金;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和万能试验机等方法研究了相容剂对PA6/PC合金相容性和机械性能的影响。结果表明,SEM断面形貌表明SMA和SAG均能改善PA6/PC合金的相容性,但相同含量的相容剂,SAG对于PA6/PC的体系增容效果更明显,机械性能表明,当加入3%的SAG时,PA6/PC合金的拉伸强度和缺口冲击强度最佳,分别是未加入相容剂的1.55倍、4.33倍。Polyamide 6 (PA6)/polycarbonate (PC) alloys were prepared via melting extrusion with two different compatibilizers including styrene-co-maleic anhydride copolymers and styrene-acrylonitrile- glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (SGA). The effect of the compatibilizers on the compatibility and mechanical properties of PA6/PC alloys were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and universal testing machine. The fracture surface of the alloys were observed by scanning electron microscopy. And the results show that both SMA and SAG could improve the compatibility of PA6/PC alloys. However, with the same compatibilizer content, SAG increases the interface compatibility of PA6/PC more significantly. With 3% SAG addition in the PA6/PC alloy, the tensile and notched impact strength of the alloy are the best, which are 1.55 and 4. 33 times that of the alloy without adding the compatibilizer.
