摘  要:以手机后盖为研究对象,应用Taguchi和ANOVA方法考察影响制品翘曲的主要因素,利用Moldflow软件对手机后盖进行注射成型过程的CAE分析,验证浇注系统和冷却系统的可靠性,选取注塑温度、注射时间、保压时间、冷却时间、保压压力为变量设计正交实验,对制件的翘曲进行分析优化。通过对正交实验结果进行均值和方差分析,得到影响翘曲的主要因素及其变化趋势,选取对翘曲影响最小的优化工艺参数组合。With the mobile phone shell as a studying object, its injection molding process was analyzed based on the Taguchi method and ANOVA analysis to investigate the significant factors influencing warping defects. The injection molding process was analyzed using Moldflow software. The reliability of gating system and cooling system were verified. The injection temperature, injection time, holding time, cooling time and holding pressure were taken as the variables. The mean and variance analysis of the orthogonal experiment results were carried out, the main influencing factors and the changing trend of warping were obtained, and the optimal process parameters for the injection molding process were selected.
