摘 要:以纳米CaCO_3和立德粉部分替代钛白粉(TiO_2)用熔融法制备了白色聚乙烯(PE)母粒,研究了白色母粒的流动性能、分散性能、着色性能以及着色制品的力学性能。结果表明,纳米CaCO_3的引入可明显改善色母粒的加工流动性,提高着色制品的力学性能,但着色效果有一定程度降低,当纳米CaCO_3替代量为50%时,色母粒的加工流动性提高72.6%,拉伸强度提高4.7%,白度值下降12.97。立德粉具有类似效果,立德粉替代量为50%的色母粒加工流动性提高22.8%,拉伸强度提高3.4%,白度值下降7.69。纳米CaCO_3和立德粉的分散性好于TiO_2。The white polyethylene (PE) masterbatch was prepared by means of melt blending. The effect of substituted titanium dioxide (TiO2 ) with nano-CaCO3 or Lithopone powder on the processing fluidity, dispersibility and colorability of the masterbatch were studied. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of colored PE products were discussed. The results show that nano-CaCO3 can improve the processing fluidity and dispersibility of the masterbatch, but weaken the colorability. The tensile strength of the colored products increases, correspondingly. For example, with the substituting titanium dioxide ( TiO2 ) with a half part of nano-CaCO3, the processing fluidity of the masterbatch increase by 72.6% , the tensile strength of colored products increase by 4.7% , but the whiteness decrease by 12.97. Lithopone powder has the similar effect.
