摘 要:用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)和抗老化母粒作为改性树脂,分别探讨了EVA对聚乙烯(PE)膜粘接性能的影响及抗老化母粒对PE膜力学性能和耐候性能的影响。结果表明,与PE膜相比较,加入EVA可以在一定程度上提高PE/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)复合强度、提高PE/EVA剥离强度;抗老化母粒降低了PE膜拉伸强度,提高了PE膜耐候性能。抗老化母粒有效含量达到2.22%时,PE膜最大辐照能量达到125(kW·h)/m^2以上。Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) with ageing-resistant functional batch was used as modifier. The effect of EVA on the adhesive properties and weather resistance of PE film was researched. The results show that the combined strength of PE/polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and the peel strength of PE/ EVA were enhanced with the addition of EVA. The tensile strength is reduced and the ageing-resistance weather resistance is enhanced by the ageing-resistant functional batch. When the effective content of the ageing-resistant functional batch is 2.22%, the maximum irradiation energy of PE film can reach above 125 ( kW · h)/m2.
