摘 要:以X65M碳钢-316L不锈钢复合钢卷为原料,采用高频电阻焊+电弧堆焊组合焊接工艺制造冶金复合管,研究探讨该制造工艺的可行性,并评价该工艺生产的冶金复合管的质量。分析结果表明:采用高频电阻焊+电弧堆焊组合焊接工艺制造的冶金复合管,其管体、焊缝的强度均满足API标准要求;管体及焊缝的夏比冲击功均在200 J以上,远高于API Spec 5LD—2009标准要求;压扁试验时,管体与焊缝处均未出现剥离和裂纹;晶间腐蚀后,焊缝未出现裂纹或断裂;堆焊后进行耐腐蚀检测,堆焊焊缝无腐蚀缺陷,腐蚀速率低。采用高频电阻焊+电弧堆焊组合焊接工艺制造双金属复合管是可行的。It is a way to use the X65M carbon steel-316L stainless steel clad coil as raw material, and the HF ERW+arc overlaying welding combination process to produce the metallurgical composite pipe. The feasibility of this process is studied, and quality of the metallurgical composite pipe as made with this process is evaluated. Results of relevant analysis and tests show that the strengths of both the body and the weld of the metallurgical composite pipe as manufactured with the said combination process are up to applicable API specification; the Charpy impact energy values of the body and the weld are above 200 J, far more higher than what required by API Spec 5LD--2009; no peeling and crack are found with both the body and the weld under the flattening test; after intergranular corrosion test, no crack or fracture takes place with the weld; and after the post-overlaying welding corrosion test, no corrosive defect is found with the weld, and furthermore the corrosion rate is low. It is practical to adopt the above mentioned combination process to produce double-metal clad pipe.
