摘  要:目的通过构建寨卡病毒基因进化树以及比较氨基酸序列差异,了解寨卡病毒进化及基因变异情况。方法从GenBank获取1947年后各来源、各地区的寨卡病毒全基因组序列以及氨基酸序列,构建进化树并对氨基酸序列进行比较与分析。结果寨卡病毒非洲型与亚洲型毒株可各自聚类,2007年之后分离的毒株均为亚洲型;2016年分离自中国的14株寨卡病毒均为亚洲型,同源性高达99.1%~100.0%,氨基酸变异位点11个。结论寨卡病毒的分子进化与地理分布有密切的关系;2015-2016年分离的毒株同源性较高,序列较为保守;中国的14株毒株序列相近,其中1118、1875、2445以及2634 4个氨基酸位点可能对各自蛋白的结构和功能有较大的影响。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the Zika virus evolution and genetic variation situationbyconstructing phylogenetic tree of Zika virus and comparing amino acid sequence difference. Methods The whole genomesequence and amino acid sourced by different regions after 1947 were obtained from GenBank, phylogenetic tree wasconstructed and amino acid sequence was compared and analyzed. Results Both African and Asian strains of Zika viruscould be clustered individually, the isolated strain were Asian type after 2007. In 2016, 14 isolates isolated from Chinawere of Asian type, homology was up to 99.1-100.0%, and there were 11 amino acid variation sites. Conclusion Thereis a close relationship between molecular evolution and geographical distribution of Zika virus. The homology of strainsisolated from 2015 to 2016 is high and the sequence is more conservative. The sequences of 14 strains of Chineseisolates are similar. Four amino acid sites 1118, 1875, 2445, and 2634 may have agreat influence on the structure andfunction of their proteins.
