摘　　要：医疗记录是由医院保管的描述病人病史和治疗的文件,该文件为医生诊断做参考,但病人不能随时随地的查看记录,为医患关系埋下了隐患。为了解决这一问题,文中利用SQLite和My SQL数据库系统,在Android系统中设计了一个医疗数据库。该系统不仅具备传统医疗数据库的功能,且还满足了病人远程访问医疗记录的需求。本系统的设计为将来的医疗信息化提供了一定的参考意义。The medical record is a document that describes the patient＇s medical history and treatment by the hospital, which is a reference for the doctor＇s diagnosis,but the patient can not look at their own medical records at any time and anywhere,hidden trouble for the doctor-patient relationship. In order to solve this problem, using SQLite and MySQL database system, this paper designs a medical database in the Android system, this system not only has traditional medical database functions, but also to meet the needs of remote access patient medical records. The design of the system provides a meaningful reference for future medical information.
