原材料和工艺因素对消失模铸铁件组织的影响

摘　　要：针对消失模生产铸铁件过程中出现的一些质量问题,系统分析了消失模铸造过程中白模、原砂等原材料及各种工艺因素对灰铸铁件、球墨铸铁件、蠕墨铸铁件石墨形态和基体组织的影响,并提出改进措施和建议。生产实践表明,选择优质的材料,改善冶金质量,强化孕育,加强对工艺过程的管理与控制,可以减少或消除消失模原材料和工艺因素的不良影响。Aiming at the quality problems of cast iron castings by EPC process, this paper analyzed the effects of various process factors and raw materials such as the white mold and the original sand on the graphite morphology and matrix structure of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and compacted graphite cast iron. And some improvement measures and suggestions are put forward.Production pratice show that, selecting good raw material,improving melt quality, strengthing inoculating and process control,which can reduce the harmful effect of raw material and process factors for LFC.
