摘 要:目的分析相对室壁厚度(RWT)与三维斑点追踪技术(3D-STE)对力量型运动员左室收缩功能的相关性及定量关系。方法收集45例青年男性力量型运动员和30例对照组的常规超声心动图及左室全容积图像,使用3D-STE得到两组参与者的RWT、左室整体纵向应变(GLS)、整体圆周应变(GCS)、整体面积应变(GAS)及整体径向应变(GRS)等数据。分析RWT分别与GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相关性,并计算出相应的简单回归方程。结果 RWT与GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相关系数r分别为0.400、0.244、0.362、-0.373,得到的RWT(X)与GLS(Y1/%)、GCS(Y2/%)、GAS(Y3/%)及GRS(Y4/%)的简单回归方程分别为Y1=-23.831+22.573X、Y2=-20.346+13.810X、Y3=-38.479+30.469X、Y4=64.345-61.412X,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RWT与GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS的相关性良好。RWT每增加0.1,GLS、GCS、GAS的绝对值分别降低2.257%、1.381%、3.047%,GRS降低6.141%。RWT可初步评价青年男性力量型运动员左室收缩功能的变化。Objective To analyse the correlation between relative wall thickness(RWT) and 3D speckle tracking echocardiography(3D-STE) on left ventricular systolic function in young strength athletes. Methods A total of 45 young strength athletes(athlete group) and 30 healthy young men(control group) were enrolled. Traditional echocar- diography combined with 3D-STE was applied for all the subjects to obtain RWT, left ventricular global longitudinal strain(GLS), global circumferential strain(GCS), global area strain(GAS), and global radial strain(GRS), etc. The correlation between RWT and GLS, GCS, GAS, GRS were analysed. Results RWT was highly correlated with GLS, GCS, GAS and GRS. The correlation coefficients were 0. 400, 0. 244, 0. 362, -0. 273. The simple regression equations were Y1=-23.831+22.573X, Y2=-20.346+13.810X, Y3=-38.479+30.469X, Y4= 64. 345- 61. 412X, all which had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusions RWT was closed correlated with GLS, GCS, GAS and GRS. With RWT increasing by 0.1, the absolute value of GLS, GCS and GAS decreased by 2. 257%, 1. 381% and 3. 047 %, GRS decreased by 6. 141%. RWT enabled to evaluate the changes of the left ventricular systolic function of young strength athletes roughly.
