摘 要:以60 k W电子束焊机用高频高压变压器建立模型,通过比较3种绕制方法对电场强度的影响,并利用有限元软件Ansoft在静电场条件下对C型法和Z型法的场强和电位分布进行仿真分析。结果表明:C型法的场强分布比Z型法的场强分布更均匀,变压器绕组两端的端电势最高,所以在进行绝缘处理时要尤其注意绕组两侧的绝缘。A high frequency high voltage transformer model for 60kW electron beam welder was built. The effects of three winding methods on the electric field intensity were compared, and the field intensity and potential distribution of type C method and type Z method were simulated using the finite element software Ansoft under electrostatic field condition. The results show that the field intensity distribution of type C method is more uniform than that of type Z method, and the highest electric potential appears at the both ends of transformer winding, so the insulation on both sides of the winding should be particularly concerned in insulation treatment.
