摘 要:目的设计一套适用于航天员虚拟训练系统的启发准则。方法在Nielsen十大准则和其他学者启发准则研究的基础上,结合航天员虚拟训练系统特点,完成启发准则设计。为验证所设计准则的有效性,与Nielsen准则评估效果进行对比。结果这套准则在发现独特问题的数量,准则彻底性、有效度和可靠性等方面都要优于Nielsen准则,同时评估人员对这套准则适用性的评价也显著高于Nielsen准则。结论该启发准则可用于开发前中期的航天员虚拟训练系统启发式评估。Objective To develop a new set of heuristics for the astronaut virtual training systems. Methods Based on the study of Nielsen and other researchers on usability heuristics,the domain-specific usability heuristics were proposed concerning the characteristics of astronaut virtual training systems. The proposed heuristics were compared with that of the Nielson's in the evaluation of a system to assess its effectiveness. Results The results showed that the domain-specific heuristics performed well in finding usability problems,thoroughness,validity and reliability. Meanwhile,the evaluators' ratings of the heuristics were significantly higher than the Nielson's. Conclusion The heuristics may be used for the evaluation of the astronaut virtual training systems in the early design stage.
