摘  要:目的探究LED红蓝混合光质对螺旋藻生长和光合放氧能力的影响,为我国受控生态生保系统中微藻生物部件优化培养方法的建立提供理论与技术支持。方法在6种不同配比的LED红蓝混合光质处理下进行钝顶螺旋藻培养,对其形态建成、生长速率、光合色素组成、放氧能力等指标进行测量与综合分析。结果与单独红光相比,低剂量蓝光的混合光质可以诱导藻丝体长度缩短和螺旋收紧度减小,提高叶绿素a、藻蓝素和类胡萝卜素含量,促进螺旋藻生长和干物质积累,提高其光合放氧能力。结论8R2B是促进螺旋藻生长和放氧的高效光质。Objective To study the effects of red and blue LED light on growth and material synthesis of Spirulina. Methods Spirulina platensis was cultivated under six ratio of red and blue LED mixture light, measuring and analysing the filaments morphology, growth index, photosynthetic pigments composition and oxygen-releasing capacity. Results Compared with the red light, the mixture light with low doses of blue light induced the length of the filaments to grow shorter, while diminished the screw tightening degrees. Furthermore, it increased the content of chlorophyll a, carotenoid and phycocyanobilin, promoted the growth of spirulina and substance accumulation, as well as enhanced the oxygen-releasing capacity. Conclusion 8R2B is the efficient light quality that can promote the growth and photosynthetic oxygen of spirulina markedly.
