摘 要:为解决六氟化硫气体环境危害以及低温易液化的问题,六氟化硫混合绝缘气体成为短期内最具发展前景的SF_6替代介质,正被逐步应用于电气设备中。主要对SF_6混合绝缘气体在开关设备中气体混合比、湿度、特征分解产物以及泄漏检测技术进行研究,研制相关检测设备,并将其用于M和H电网的SF_6混合绝缘气体断路器气体的普查,掌握了该电网SF_6混合绝缘气体质量和特征分解产物分布,为制定SF_6混合绝缘气体开关设备现场检测技术规范提供依据。Due to the liquidation and greenhouse effect of SF6 gas, SF6 mixture gases are regarded as the most promising alternative insulating gases to SF6 gas, which is widely used in electrical apparatus. Unlike pure SF6 gas, SF6 mixture gases newt different properties. However, there are few researches about SF6 mixture gases, especially lack of detection techniques, which need to be investigated as soon as possible. In this paper, we investigated the detection techniques of SF6 mixture gas including mixture ratio, humidity, decomposition and leakage detection, developed detection equipments, and employed them in surveying the SF6 mixture gases insulated circuit breaker in the power grids of M and H, obtaining the gas quality and decomposition distribution of SF6 mixture gases, which provide gist for formulating standards and criterion of SF6 mixture gas insulated circuit breaker.
