摘 要:从植物生理学角度,对小麦双亲和衍生后代以及亲本近缘品种叶绿素组分、比例和总含量进行分析,可为品种选育及知识产权保护提供依据。取越冬期冬小麦基因型衡9966及其亲本良星99和良星66以及亲本近缘品种济麦22的幼苗叶片,进行叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量以及叶绿素a/b测定与显著性分析。结果表明:衡9966的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量及其二者总量和比值均高于双亲本及济麦22,其中,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量差异达到了极显著水平;叶绿素a/b与双亲和双亲平均值差异达到了显著水平,但与济麦22无显著差异。衡9966叶绿素a含量分别较良星66、良星99、济麦22高57.89%、46.34%和17.65%,较高的叶绿素a含量导致其叶片颜色较深。叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、叶绿素a+b含量、叶绿素a/b这4个指标均具有明显的正向超亲现象,育种选择十分有效。叶绿素组分、比例及总含量可以作为检测品种真实性的手段和方法之一,用于知识产权保护。This paper analyzed the composition, proportion and total content of chlorophyll in wheat parents, their offspring and their closely relative cultivars, in order to provide basis for variety breeding and protection of intellectual property rights from the physiological point of view. Leaves of seedlings of winter wheat genotypes Heng 9966 and the parents of Liangxing 99 and Liangxing 66, and their closely relative cultivar Jimai 22 were sampled, 4 indexes of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, the ratio of chlorophyll a with chlorophyll b (a/b) and to- tal chlorophyll content were analyzed by ways of significant test. Results showed that the 4 indexes of chloro- phyll a, chlorophyll b, the total chlorophyll of a+b content and the ratio of chlorophyll a with chlorophyll b (a/b) of Heng 9966 were all higher than those 3 ones. Among them the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll a+b content were all matched extremely significant differences at 0.01 levels than that of par- ents, mid-parent value and Jimai 22. The ratio of a/b was 0.05 significantly higher than the parents and mid-parent value, but there was no difference with Jimai 22. The content of chlorophyll a of Heng 9966 was 57.89%, 46.34% and 17.65% higher than that of Liangxing 66, Liangxing 99 and Jimai 22, respectively, that led to the deeper color of leaves. The 4 indexes of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a +b and chlorophyll a/b were all demonstrated positive super parent heterosis, and the selection of breeding was very effective. Parameters of chlorophyll composition, proportion, and total content could be used as one of the means and methods to detect the authenticity of varieties and for the protection of intellectual property rights.
