摘  要:为了量化评价半刚性基层沥青路面层间结合效果,通过小尺寸层间结合试验模型,实测得到了同质和异质材料的层间应变传递情况,分析了应变传递的影响因素。结果表明:同质材料层间应变传递效果较好、层间接近连续状态,异质材料层间应变传递效果较差、层间不连续,结构计算时,同质材料层间可以使用连续假设,而异质材料层间建议采用古德曼模型;温度与荷载水平对层间应变传递效果存在显著影响;随着温度的升高,同质或异质材料的层间应变数值和应变差均变大,层间应变传递效果变差;随着荷载水平的增加,同质材料层间应变传递效果逐渐减弱、对层间结合不利,而异质材料层间应变传递效果有所改善、在受压状态下上下层材料更容易协同变形;为了保证理论计算模型更符合工程实际情况,在结构计算时,沥青面层之间、半刚性材料层之间可以使用连续假设,而沥青层与半刚性材料层之间应使用半连续、半滑动假设。To quantity evaluate the interlayer bonding effect of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement, the strain transfer of interlayer of homogeneous or heterogeneous materials is measured by small-scale interlayer bonding test model, and the influencing factors of the strain transfer are analyzed. The result shows that ( 1 ) The strain transferring effect of interlayer of homogeneous materials is better, and the interlayer contacting is close to continuous, While the strain transferring effect of interlayer of heterogeneous materials is poor and the interlayer contacting is not continuous. Interlayer contacting can be assumed continuous in the structure calculation of homogeneous materials, while Goodman model is recommended for heterogeneous materials. (2) Temperature and load level significantly influence the strain transfer between layers. (3) With the increase of temperature, the strain value and strain difference of interlayer of homogeneous or heterogeneous materials get larger, the interlayer strain transferring effect is poor. (4) With the increase of load level, the interlayer strain transfer effect between homogeneous materials is gradually weakened, which is not advantage for the combination of interlayer, while the strain transfer effect of interlayer of heterogeneous materials improved, and cooperation deformation of upper and lower layers' materials occur easily under eompressive stress. (5) In order to ensure the theoretical model more corresponds to the practical situation, interlayer contacting can be assumed continuous between asphalt material layers or semi-rigid material layers in the structure calculation, while the assumption is semi-continuous or semi-sliding between asphalt layer and semi- rigid material layer.
